In case of a maintenance emergency after office hours, the CDA has an after hours emergency maintenance phone number. Examples of emergencies include the following:

• Any problem that could result in personal injury or property damage
• Fire – CALL 911 FIRST, then page
• No heat
• No hot water
• Broken pipes
• Sewer backup
• Refrigerator doesn’t work
• If you have only one toilet and it is still plugged AFTER plunging
• No electricity in the entire unit
